PGA Institute Training Specialist will complete a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to help businesses identify skill gaps within its workforce, ensuring that training initiatives align with strategic objectives and operational requirements. By assessing current competencies against desired performance levels, a TNA helps organisations prioritise training investments, improve employee efficiency, and drive overall business growth. It also supports staff development, enhances job satisfaction, and ensures compliance with industry standards. PROGRAM INCLUSIONS

Initial Consultation

Gain insight on your team, discuss best practice skills and knowledge required broadly of staff to meet business goals.

2-3 Workplace Visits

Meetings with General Manager and department heads to discuss team expected skills and knowledge inc, succession planning or relevant operational changes that might impact requirements of the business.

Comprehensive Report

The PGA Institute team will review and analyse the information provided and develop a comprehensive report curated for your club or facility. This document will provide insights on any skills gaps that exist within your club or facility, highlight professional development priorities and training recommendations.

Follow Up

Optional meeting with PGA Institute to discuss findings. Presentation of report to Club Committee/Board available on request.
